7-Day Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial subscription purchase or renewal.
Eligible Refunds
- Duplicate or accidental purchases
- Billing or payment errors
- Verified technical issues that prevented normal use of the subscription
- Other eligible requests reviewed on a case-by-case basis within the 7-day window
After Approval
- The paid subscription will be cancelled
- Paid subscription access will be revoked after the refund is confirmed
- The account will revert to the appropriate entitlement (for example, the Free plan)
After 7 Days
Refunds are generally not available after 7 calendar days, except where required by applicable law.
Cancelling a subscription after this period prevents future renewals but does not refund previous charges or reclaim benefits that have already been used.
